With the arrival of generative AI, anyone can now produce a plausible-looking design in no time. Even so, reading the context of a business, designing who to speak to, what to say and why, and turning that reasoning into a form that can be explained remains work for people. なぜ、意図が伝わらないのか。なぜ、整っているのに印象に残らないのか。その原因の多くは、異なる領域（ビジネスとデザイン、日本と海外など）の間にある「言葉の壁」と、文脈の読み落としにあります。Kicetsは、領域を横断する「ハブ（結節点）」として機能し、異なる文脈を正しく翻訳・接続することで、意図の伝わるアウトプットへと導きます。

Why don't intentions get across? Why does something polished still fail to leave an impression? Much of the cause lies in the "language barrier" between different fields—business and design, Japan and the rest of the world—and in context that goes unread. Kicets works as a hub that crosses these fields, translating and connecting different contexts accurately to lead to output whose intent comes through.

通常は分断されがちな「戦略（思考）」と「制作（実装）」の領域。Kicetsは、上流の「文脈の整理」から、Web構築やビジュアル制作といった「最終的なアウトプット」まで、伝言ゲームを介さず一気通貫で手がけます。AIで検証や制作のスピードを上げながらも、判断は人が担うため、コンセプトの純度を保ったまま、意図が細部まで行き届いたクオリティを実現します。

From concept to implementation, end to end.

Strategy (thinking) and production (implementation) are usually kept apart. Kicets handles everything from organizing the context upstream to final outputs such as website development and visual production, with no game of telephone in between. We use AI to speed up testing and production, but people make the decisions—so the purity of the concept stays intact and the intent carries through to every detail.

Seeing inner value from an outside perspective.

We look at Japan's local contexts and distinctive appeal from an outside perspective and translate them into forms that reach across language and cultural barriers. We also direct projects in English and conduct first-hand research on overseas information. Picking up the nuances that machine translation leaves out, we serve as a hub for communication overseas.

プロジェクトの目的を整理する「広義の設計」と、その意図を具体的なかたちに翻訳する「狭義の表現」。AIによって表現をつくる手間が小さくなるほど、その手前にある設計の質が、仕上がりを左右します。Kicetsは、この二つの領域を分断させず、双方を横断する視点で、意図と表現にズレのないクリエイティブを実装します。

Design in the broad sense organizes a project's purpose; expression in the narrow sense translates that intent into concrete form. The less effort AI makes it take to produce expression, the more the quality of the design that comes before it determines the result. Kicets does not separate the two. By looking across both, we deliver creative work with no gap between intent and expression.

対話から得た抽象的な概念を、具体的なかたちへと定着させるプロセスです。AIで短縮できる工程は短縮しつつも、「構造の設計」と「表現への翻訳」という手順は省略しません。段階的に解像度を高めていくことで、狙い通りの強度を持ったクリエイティブを実装します。

*納品後の保守（テキスト更新や軽微な修正等）も可能です。（サーバー監視等のシステム保守は対象外となります。）

This is the process of turning abstract ideas gathered through dialogue into concrete form. We shorten the stages AI can shorten, but we never skip the steps of designing the structure and translating it into expression. By raising the resolution stage by stage, we deliver creative work with exactly the strength intended.

Giving lasting form to what is always in flux.

春や秋といった記号的な区切りの奥には、絶え間なく流動し続ける時間の流れが宿っています。そんな継ぎ目のない流れの中で、私たちと環境との接点に生まれる、微細な感情の変化。その変化こそが、流れる時間に確かな区切りを与えます。そうした瞬間を捉え、かたちにすることを、私たちは目指しています。

ただ表層を整えるだけではありません。事業や物事が持つ文脈を深く読み解き、受け手の心が心地よく動く「変化」を設計すること。その積み重ねが、長く愛され、次へと繋がる価値になると信じています。

Beneath the symbolic divisions we call spring or autumn, time flows on without pause. Within that seamless flow, subtle shifts of emotion arise where we meet our surroundings. 松本大輔　| Daisuke Matsumoto

大学でマスコミュニケーション学を専攻後、キプロスに渡り修士課程にて視覚デザインの研究を行う。帰国後ウェブ制作会社で働いた後、2021年1月に独立し2022年7月にKicets Inc.を設立。ウェブサイト、サービスのUIデザインやビジュアル制作、アートディレクション等を担当。2021年より THE GUILD にパートナーとして参加。

Born in Japan. Majored in Mass Communication at university, then moved to Cyprus to research visual design in a master's program, with a thesis on human cognition of vision and sound in two-dimensional graphic images. After returning to Japan and working at a web production company, went freelance in January 2021 and founded Kicets Inc. in July 2022. Handles UI design for websites and services, visual production, art direction and more. Joined THE GUILD in 2021 as a partner.
